Pierre Arcand, Québec’s Minister of Energy and Natural Resources has unveiled the Action Plan 2017-2020 that contains 42 specified measures and represents an investment of $1.5 billion for Québec’s energy transition. The action plan includes the development of a 100 MW utility-scale solar facility and a “smart and solar home” demonstration program.
