Power2Feed Pie Challenge

Okay, so the concept of the challenge may be a bit silly (a pie in the face); however, the outcome should be darn-right hilarious. Besides, all the proceeds raised by the event will be dedicated to fighting hunger and feeding kids with Canadian Feed the Children (CFTC) through EFC’s Power2Feed industry campaign.

This summer, a team of seven committed executives (yes, and I do mean COMMITTED) from our industry are all willing to “take a pie in the face to put hunger in its place!” Colin Barnett, Dan Drazilov, Jay Fleet, Mike Gentile, Kevin Mallory, Jim Milne and Dave Syer are all stepping/chinning up to raise funds to help end childhood hunger.

Join us by choosing a challenge, making a donation, and grabbing your chance to throw a cream pie. Each $1,000 raised per “pie recipient” equals one pie in the face. The top donor for each participant will be the “pie thrower” on August 19 at the EFC Golf Tournament at Rattlesnake Golf Course in Milton, ON.

Rally your friends, family, colleagues and customers and help raise awareness and funds for Power2Feed. Since 2008, the Canadian electrical industry has supported this campaign and raised over $1.1 million in support of CFTC’s nutrition and food security program and has helped tens of thousands of children. It’s clear that our members are extremely generous and definitely have the Power2Feed!

Besides, I am choosing to support Kevin Mallory. With all that he has done to support the industry and EFC, I believe that he deserves a big pie in the face!

Please make a donation today and show your support. To see who is leading in donations and to learn more about this event, visit https://cause2give.unxvision.com/P2PWeb/PublicTeamPage.aspx?TeamIdView=2731&EventId=127&LanguageId=1.
