Sean Bernard and Heather Jackson continue their progression through IDEAL Canada’s leadership ranks, each having received promotions last year.

Bernard is taking on the role of National Sales Manager for Canada. In this position, he will oversee operations for the direct sales team, IDEAL’s sales agencies, as well as lead the customer service team.

“Sean has a wealth of industry knowledge and experience,” said IDEAL Canada, “with over 15 years in the electrical and lighting industries, and is currently the chair of EFC’s YPN committee.”

Jackson has been named National Marketing Director for IDEAL Canada. Heather joined IDEAL in 2012 as a marketing coordinator, and served for several years as key account manager.

“Her customer-focused background will be an asset for executing marketing strategies and tactics that drive growth.”

“These changes will help provide improved service and communication to our existing partners and facilitate our strategic plans over the next few years. Please join me in congratulating Heather and Sean in their new responsibilities,” said Dag Nyhof, General Manager of Ideal Canada.
