Electro-Federation Canada Announces New Chair and Board of Directors for 2020-21

Electro-Federation Canada (EFC) held its virtual Annual General Meeting last week for members to vote in favour of business put forth during the meeting, including the approval of audited financial statements, the appointment of KPMG LLP as EFC’s auditors, and the election of all Director nominees.
Carol McGlogan, President & CEO, EFC shared key highlights from the past year and introduced a series of new programs that are now available for members. Tune in to hear Carol’s review of EFC activities.
EFC also announced its 2020-21 Board of Directors, including the appointment of Roger Little, Rexel Canada Electrical Inc., as EFC’s Chair for a one-year term. Roger has served on the Board and Executive for many years and also held the post as Chair of EFC’s National Advisory Council (NAC) in 2017-18.
