YPN Ontario Launches a Thought-Provoking Panel Discussion

On Wednesday October 9, 2019, EFC’s YPN Ontario Region hosted its first panel discussion with key industry leaders for an evening of insight and inspiration.

The event was attended by over 50 YPNs from across the GTA at Dave and Busters in Vaughan. EFC and the YPN Committee express their appreciation to the panelists: Nathalie Pilon, ABB Inc., Nick Wagner, PREMISE LED Inc., Bill Stephens, Ideal Industries and Shirley Coyle, Cree Lighting. Each leader shared their personal experiences on how they attained their success in the industry; the challenges they faced and are currently facing today; providing valuable advice on various topics, such as leadership, digitalization, work/life balance, sustainability and diversity and inclusion.

In celebration of the Canadian Thanksgiving, YPNs donated over 175 lbs of canned goods to the Mississauga Food Bank.
