Noramco Announces Appointment of Calgary Branch Manager

Noramco are pleased to announce that Henrique Aguiar will succeed Bob Fonger as Branch Manager in Calgary effective April 1, 2023.  Henrique started his career with Noramco in Calgary in January 2021 as a new incumbent of the Corporate Management Trainee program.  This program is designed to fast-track highly motivated candidates interested in pursuing a career in the industry through on-the-job and classroom training with the goal of obtaining a leadership role within the Company.

True to the program’s design, Henrique has worked in various departments at the Calgary branch.  As part of his continued training, he will be spending the next several months at various other Noramco locations across the country to gain further insight and knowledge of our operations while continuing under Bob’s mentorship throughout.

Henrique has a Business Administration degree in Marketing from SAIT and through his studies has learned the technical aspects of operating a business and marketing it as well.  He has learned to be an effective communicator and to identify individual strengths to mediate a cohesive team.
