Nedco Announces Nathalie Parisel as New Vice President

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Nathalie Parisel as the Vice President of Nedco Canada. With over 30 years of experience in the electrical industry and a strong background in leadership development, Nathalie is well-equipped, motivated, and energized to drive cultural and structural change to ensure Nedco’s continued growth.

Nathalie’s expertise extends to sustainability, equity, and inclusion, as evidenced by her work in helping companies achieve sustainable growth and improve customer experience through talent pipeline development. Her previous role as Senior Vice President Canada, EES Division for Anixter, allowed her to build high-performing teams that consistently achieved business objectives, showcasing her ability to drive positive change within organizations.

In her new role, Nathalie will transition from leading Nedco Quebec to overseeing Nedco Canada, Rexel Atlantic, and Rexel Energy Solutions Business, and will be a key member of the Rexel Canada Executive Group. Her academic background, including a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique University of Montreal and a master’s in Business Administration from École des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC), University of Montreal, further solidifies her qualifications to lead Nedco Canada into the future.

Nathalie’s appointment signifies our commitment to the Canadian marketplace, and she will undoubtedly drive cultural and structural change to align with these values, ensuring continued growth and success for the organization.
