Turck Canada Inc. Adds New Team Members

Turck Canada Inc. has welcomed Carlos Linan to its Greater Toronto Area East technical sales team, Michael Branco to its Greater Toronto Area West sales team, and Jose Sanchez, Automation Application Specialist.

Having worked at Baumer Canada, Panasonic Electric Works of America and Pilz GmbH, Carlos brings extensive experience and understanding of factory automation and systems selling.

Carlos holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering with Electronics at Centro Universitário do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia (São Caetano do Sul, SP – Brazil), an Advanced Diploma in Robotics and Automation Engineering at Centennial College, and has training on AB-PLC, Panasonic/Omron-HMI, servo motor and drives.
He speaks four languages: English, Portuguese, Spanish and German, and reports to Michael Chin.

Michael Branco comes to Turck Canada Inc. with years of technical sales and service experience in the area of industrial automation. He has worked with a wide range of customers from OEMs to End Users in service of industries such as automotive, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, packaging and more.

Mike holds a diploma in Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology from Sheridan College Institute of Technology. Mike comes to us from Shelley Automation as its Automation Product Specialist. Outside of work Mike is an avid photographer and honed those skills through practical knowledge he uncovered in his role as a vision specialist where lighting among other things is paramount to achieving best results. Mike has joined Neil Wilson and Mark Gould as part of the Greater Toronto Area West team.

Jose Sanchez comes to Turck Canada Inc. with technical experience from Novatech Analytical Solutions, Halliburton Energy Services (Oil & Gas), and diverse Industries. He has a strong understanding of PLC, HMI, motor controls and field devices that will enhance Turck Canada’s growing strength in System Solutions.
Jose has a Bachelor of Science from Dr.Rafael Belloso Chacin URBE in Electrical Engineering/Industrial Automation and Process Control. He was recognized for his significant participation in the creation of the Biomedical Engineering program at Zulia State University.

Jose has joined Dick Ferguson and Mario Sabatini in the Automation Application department.
