Stelpro is proud to be named a 2025 Canada’s Best Managed Companies Platinum Club member for the 11th consecutive year.

The Best Managed Companies program has existed for more than 30 years and rewards excellence in private Canadian companies with sales over $50 million. To garner this distinction, companies are assessed on their strategic leadership, culture and commitment, capacity for innovation, governance and financial performance.

FY2024 presented a more challenging economic environment, characterized by a decline in renovation projects, a slowdown in construction activity, elevated interest rates, and sustained inflationary pressures. Despite these challenges, Stelpro maintained its focus on its five strategic priorities, enabling it to achieve its growth objectives and surpass its profitability targets.

“Stelpro Group is doing its utmost to maximize synergies between its various companies to create innovative solutions for its customers. We aim to enhance efficiency by ensuring rigorous execution in both our day-to-day activities and our organizational transformation initiatives. Our goal is to improve profitability by leveraging the Group’s strengths, optimizing our operations, and engaging our employees — all while maintaining a strong focus on our active role in the energy transition,” said Yves Chabot, Founder and President of Stelpro.

The 2025 Canada’s Best Managed Companies cohort shares common values, including fostering a people-focused corporate culture, implementing robust strategic frameworks, committing to innovation and technology, and maintaining financial resilience supported by strong governance. Together, these practices help strengthen the Canadian economy by promoting sustainable growth, enhancing competitiveness, and fostering a thriving business ecosystem.

“The 2025 Best Managed winners exemplify the highest Canadian business standards of innovation, adaptability, and bold leadership,” said Derrick Dempster, Partner, Deloitte Private and Co-Leader, Canada’s Best Managed Companies program. “Their relentless ambition, determined focus, and strategic agility have led them to remain competitive on the world stage, creating sustainable economic growth in an evolving global market.”

Stelpro is firmly committed to pursuing its expansion and addressing the challenges of tomorrow to sustain its leadership position. To this end, it will continue to prioritize innovation, invest in its employees, and strengthen the enduring relationships it maintains with partners and customers.
