SATCO Welcomes Debby Hite as Brand Loyalty Marketing Manager

SATCO Products, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Debby Hite, an industry veteran with more than a decade of experience helping manufacturers and distributors strengthen channel relationships through strategic engagement and program development.

Hite brings extensive experience connecting business strategy with execution, creating initiatives that support distributor partnerships, motivate sales teams, and drive sustainable growth. Her background includes working closely with manufacturers, distributors, and their sales organizations to ensure engagement strategies reflect real-world channel dynamics.

Prior to joining SATCO, Hite served as Director of AD Rewards at Affiliated Distributors, where she launched and grew the program. What began in the electrical segment evolved over time into a broader, multi-channel platform supporting AD suppliers, distributors, and sales professionals across 6 industries.
