Oh Jim Modjeski, where do we start?

You didn’t just create a business; you created a family. One that celebrates every win and is driven to learn from every loss as a team.

Not only do you talk the talk, but you walk the walk. You have infused morality and ethics into a company whose main focus isn’t about numbers; it’s focused on quality, hard work, passion, trust, communication, and honesty. You are the type of man who treats everyone with the same level of respect, no matter their age, experience, or history.

All of us here at Titan are proud to know you, to have worked for and with you, and have a sense of pride to have been influenced by you. You saw something in every one of us that you knew would build an incredible team.

Although we are sad to see you go, we are excited to see what this next chapter brings to you, Lori, and your family.

Happy Retirement Jim, it is so unbelievably deserved.
Thank you for trusting all of us at Titan to carry on your legacy.
