Innovation Talk: Women in Energy

October 18, 2022

Women account for 39% of the global labour force, but only for 22% of the traditional energy sector. For management levels, the numbers are even lower. With the energy transition challenge, innovative solutions and new business models are needed, and both require greater participation from a diverse talent pool.

Schneider Electric Canada is hosting a panel discussion to give women the center stage and share their powerful stories. From early career paths, to bold moves they had to make, they will share it all.

Join Schneider on November 2nd, 2022 at 11:00 am EST to celebrate diversity and parity in the energy sector and shape an inspiring way forward.
