Farhan Michael, P.Eng

Farhan Michael is a professional engineer, technical sales and EcoStruxure™ solutions specialist with Graybar Canada, Farhan has a strong focus on Industry 4.0, IIOT (Industrial Internet of Things), digital transformation, asset performance, data analytics, and SCADA solutions. He has expertise with many manufacturers including Schneider Electric, Rockwell Automation, Siemens, and Omron. Farhan holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering. When not solving technical challenges for his customers, Farhan enjoys spending time with his family and exploring outdoor activities.
Chris Kroeker

Chris Kroeker has been in the Industrial Automation Industry for approximately 9 years. His time with Graybar Canada has helped him to focus and gain experience and knowledge with Schneider’s Industrial and Automation product lines. Chris’s strengths lie in his commitment to Customer Service and bringing Support to his customer base. In his personal time Chris enjoys watching movies and spending time with his family.
Saad Naeemi

Saad Naeemi received his Master’s degree from the University of Windsor. He has worked in the industrial automation industry for over 5 years. Being a Technical Sales and Industrial Product Specialist at Graybar Canada, Saad’s primary focus is on Industry 4.0, Industrial Internet of Things, Digital Transformation, Asset Performance, Data Analytics, and Building Automation Solutions. Saad also has experience working with many manufacturers, such as Schneider Electric, Rockwell Automation, Mitsubishi, and Omron. Saad enjoys spending his free time with his son and playing games.
Doug Shay

Doug Shay has been in the world of industrial automation for over 30 years. In that time, he has worked for several companies in the industrial automation sector. From Manufacturer to Integrator to Distributor Doug has worked on all facets of industrial automation. He has experience with most of the major manufactures but has an in-depth knowledge of Schneider automation products. On his personal time Doug enjoys working on projects around his house and hanging out with friends and family.
Dylan Cameron

Dylan Cameron has been in the industrial automation industry for 3 years. Dylan is the newest edition to the Graybar Canada team as the Automation Controls Specialist for Norther Ontario. Dylan focus on the many assets of industrial automation industry but mainly the PLC, HMI, SCADA and control solutions. Dylan has experience in many different areas of the automation industry ranging from the teaching to designing automation systems. Dylan carry’s a diploma in electrical engineering technologies. When Dylan is not helping his customers with designing and troubleshooting automation projects. Dylan enjoys working and riding his many personal electric vehicles.
Gil Matias

Gil Matias has been in the industrial automation space since 1998. He worked as Inside Technical Sales with an electrical distributor before landing at Graybar Canada in 2001. Since then he started as Inside Technical Support, then Regional Drives Specialist, moved to Account Manager to today where he is an Automation Specialist. His different roles has garnered him vast knowledge of Schneider automation product. Gil holds a diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology – Control Systems from Humber College. In his personal time, you can find Gil cheering on his favorite basketball team, spending quality time with his family and enjoying the outdoors.
Barry Gregory
Automation Manager – Central Region

Barry Gregory has been in the industrial automation industry since 2005. He started off as an electrical technician programming PLC’s, robots, and SCADA in the automotive space. From there he moved on to electrical design and plc programming in the water/wastewater space. While there he gained a vast array of knowledge and experience on a variety of VFD’s, PLC’s, and HMI’s. Barry has taken all his industry experience and now applies it as the Automation Manager – Central Region for Graybar Canada. Barry holds a diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology from Conestoga College.
