Welcoming New Leadership

This year’s Annual General Meeting, held during the conference plenary, marked an important leadership transition for EFC. Heartfelt thanks were extended to Umesh PatelMattr, who concluded his term as Chair of the Board of Directors. EFC is grateful for his exceptional leadership and dedication this past year.

EFC was also pleased to welcome Luc RodierGuillevin, as the incoming Chair for the 2025–2026 term. Luc brings a strong vision for continued growth and collaboration within the industry.

Leadership changes were also announced within the National Advisory Council (NAC). EFC gave sincerest appreciation to Kim Quelch, Dainolite, for her impactful leadership over the past year, and also welcomed Greg Gare, Electrozad, as the new NAC Chair.
