EDGE Global Supply Completes Purchase of RK Distribuzione

EDGE Global Supply, through its subsidiary Technology BSA, completed the acquisition of RK Distribuzione as of December 31, 2019.

RK is an industrial automation and electrical products distributor and is the authorized Rockwell Automation distributor in the Trivento region of Northeast Italy.

EDGE is a Limited Liability Coporation developed and owned by a group of North American based distributor members. The focus of EDGE is to build a network of distribution company partners outside of North America. The members of EDGE are Gerrie Electric Wholesale, French Gerleman Electric Company, Horizon Solutions, Kendall Electric, Kirby Risk Corporation, McNaughton-McKay Electric Company, Revere Electric Supply, The Reynolds Company, Van Meter Industrial and Werner Electric Supply.
