Ascot acquires NRG Management

June 20. 2024

Ascot Capital Group is pleased to announce that it has acquired NRG Management, a local lighting agent in the Quebec market.

NRG will begin representing Stanpro for projects effective August 5, 2024, which will allow Stanpro to participate more effectively in specification projects and design-build than it can today with its direct sales force.

The current owners, Marc Desparois, Lisette Thibault, and Allain Durette are remaining with the agency and will continue to operate NRG as an independent company as it does today in its current location in St-Eustache, QC.

Ascot will be investing in and supporting NRG to ensure that it gains additional capabilities and presence in the market.

“We are very excited by the potential of associating with NRG and look forward to collaborating with their fantastic team!”

DAVID NATHANIEL, CEO ASCOT CAPITAL GROUP
