A We Lighting Joins Mac’s II Agencies’ Prestigious Portfolio

December 2, 2025

Mac’s II Agencies is proud to announce the exclusive addition of A We Lighting to its growing portfolio of major designer lighting brands.

Known for representing some of the most respected names in architectural and decorative lighting, Mac’s II Agencies continues to strengthen its offerings with the introduction of this fresh, design-driven line that will quickly resonate with the design community across British Columbia and Yukon.

Launched in 2025, founder Valentyna Lazar recognized a missing element in the industry: empathy. After years of working alongside designers, manufacturers, and clients, she envisioned a company where design feels personal, collaboration comes naturally, and every client receives thoughtful guidance throughout the process.

This philosophy aligns closely with Mac’s II Agencies’ approach. Just as A We Lighting prioritizes collaboration and meaningful support, Mac’s II Agencies is committed to providing designers and clients with expert guidance, responsive service, and tailored solutions, ensuring each project is as seamless as it is inspired. Together, this shared focus on service and creativity sets the stage for lighting that is both beautiful and purposeful.

“We’re thrilled to welcome A We Lighting to the Mac’s II Agencies line card. Their whimsical design language and the story behind their founders resonate deeply with us. Not just as a lighting agency, but as people who appreciate brands with heart, vision, and purpose. We’re excited to introduce this inspiring European line to the BC and Yukon markets and help bring their creative spirit to projects across the region.

Chris Brams, Principal at Mac’s II Agencies

As a proud representative of world-class lighting brands, Mac’s II Agencies recognizes the power of thoughtful design and sees in A We Lighting the kind of heart, talent, and craftsmanship that will inspire the next generation of spaces. Though new to the market, A We Lighting carries the depth, vision, and authenticity to become a standout favourite for designers seeking something truly personal and fresh.

“We’re really excited to have Mac’s II Agencies as our rep in British Columbia and the Yukon. They get what we’re about: bold forms, real customization, and treating every project like it actually matters. With their local expertise and our ‘designed by We, customized for You’ approach, we’re looking forward to bringing some seriously fun, design-forward lighting to this corner of Canada.

Their indoor and outdoor luminaires range from pure circular forms that offer soft, endless glow to sculptural pendants that create statements above and style below. Warm hand-crafted textures meet modern architectural lines, all elevated by custom RAL colours, expressive finishes, and shapes that bring a sense of play.

With A We Lighting comes access to five additional designer-led brands for the British Columbia design community: Pikart Lights (Ukrainian)Braga Illuminazione (Italian)Poémia (Portuguese)Dovain Studio (Portuguese) and Maiizen (Istanbul-based). Each brings its own creative perspective — from Poémia’s breathtaking wood craftsmanship that feels very West Coast in spirit, to the refined European sensibilities of Braga and Maiizen.

As the world approaches 2026, Mac’s II Agencies is excited to offer designers a refreshed range of inspiration for the new year — new forms, new finishes, and new stories that invite collaboration and spark imagination.
