Westburne Joins The Future Is Yours Career Expo

Westburne

February 9, 2018

Westburne was both a participant and sponsor of the February 8 The Future is Yours Career Expo in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Each year hundreds of Indigenous youth come to The Future Is Yours to connect with employers, learn about education opportunities, build skills, get inspired by leaders and mentors, and have fun.

As an equal opportunity employer, Westburne was able to connect with hundreds of Saskatchewan’s Indigenous youth aged 16-29 who are employment ready or will soon enter the workforce. The event featured speakers and a trade show. Over 800 youth attended this event in 2017. Similar numbers were expected this year.
