Sonepar Announces Shasta Terrelonge as New VP of Customer Experience

Sonepar is pleased to announce the appointment of Shasta Terrelonge as Sonepar Canada’s new Vice President Customer Experience, effective May 13th.

Shasta Terrelonge has over 20 years of experience in Customer Service, Distribution and Logistics. Throughout her career she has worked at National Tire Distributors, and most recently, Group Touchette, where she served as Vice-President Customer Support and Associate Vice-President Customer Care. Shasta has dedicated her career to elevating the voice of the customer to the forefront of decision making, and the prioritization of customer satisfaction.

She has significant expertise in continuous improvement, the execution of large enterprise projects such as ERP and WMS implementation, eCommerce digital solutions, the development of marketing campaigns, and acquisition integrations. Shasta also has extensive knowledge in driving innovation, improvements to the digital experience and with technologies such as marketplace, CRM, and internal tools to improve data flow and call centres.

Shasta will be responsible for leading the transformational focus of customer centricity at Sonepar Canada and improving our end-to-end customer experience across the organization.

Shasta Terrelonge will be based out of the Brampton, Ontario head office, and will report directly to Sonepar Canada President, George McClean.
