Rexel Canada Acquires Electricomm Technologies Inc.

Rexel Canada has recently announced it has acquired the Ontario based wire harness and cable accessory business of Electricomm. The acquisition closed recently and will provide Rexel Canada with enhanced opportunities in an attractive, value-added services market. It also allows Rexel to offer a complementary range of products and services to its existing wire and cable customer base, further expanding its footprint across the country.

Rexel Canada will continue to operate this business out of Kitchener, ON and are committed to a smooth transition for the existing Electricomm Technologies customer base. The longstanding Electricomm Technologies team will continue to support customers in the exact same manner they have for over 30 years. The business manufactures and sells a wide range of standard and custom wiring harness products (cable, cable accessories, connectors, and fittings) largely used for industrial, robotic, OEM and MRO markets.
