Electro-Federation Canada’s Women’s Network is being introduced as a place for women in the electrical workforce to connect to build bridges between men and women of all ages, ethnicities and backgrounds, develop their personal brand and grow their careers through personal and professional development, educational and wellness opportunities.

EFC’s Women’s Network is built around three core pillars:

Professional development: skills development to succeed in the workforce.

Empowerment: education/knowledge for personal and professional self-development.

Life style: health and wellness, work-life integration, oversoming gender role bias.

These core pillars will be carried out through a series of seminars, webinars and important resources to help women in the industry champion their professional careers and personal lives.

In the coming weeks, EFC’s Women’s Network region team leads will reach out to members in their area with opportunities to connect and attend upcoming seminars and/or webinars. To make sure you recieve updates, register HERE
