Innovair Solutions Acquires TRM Heating Cables

Innovair Solutions has recently announced the acquisition of TRM Heating Cables, a Toronto-based Canadian company specializing in heating cables for commercial and industrial applications.
Founded in 2001, TRM has built strong technical expertise in the sale and installation of specialized products, including self-regulating cables, mineral-insulated cables and electric floor heating systems. The company serves electrical contractors, distributors, developers and property managers.
The acquisition supports Innovair Solutions’ growth strategy and expands its presence in a sector closely aligned with its existing operations. It also reinforces the company’s footprint in the Greater Toronto Area, where Innovair Solutions already operates its Delta-Therm warehouse.
“TRM’s expertise complements our portfolio and strengthens our ability to support commercial and industrial customers with reliable, specialized solutions,” said Louis Beaulieu, Chief Executive Officer of Innovair Solutions.
TRM’s 17 employees will join the Innovair Solutions team. Jeff Cade, the company’s owner and founder, will remain involved to support a smooth transition and ensure business continuity.
