IDEAL Industries Welcomes Suseth Allen to Customer Service Team

IDEAL Industries (Canada) Corp. has added Suseth Allen as their Bilingual Customer Service Representative for Canada.

Suseth brings with her a strong, customer focused, range of experience. She spent five years with Telus in Client Resolution, Loyalty and Retention, nine years with Air Canada as a flight attendant, and most recently worked as an executive assistant in the financial sector.

Suseth studied accounting and marketing at Laurier University.
