IDEA Announces Dena Barrett as New Director of Customer Services

The Industry Data Exchange Association (IDEA) is pleased to announce Dena Barrett as the company’s new Director of Customer Services. In her role, Barrett will be responsible for managing and overseeing the IDEA Client Solutions Team, as well as for taking IDEA’s client services team to the next level.

Barrett has had a successful career spanning more than two decades in the digital marketing and merchandising space. Before joining IDEA, she most recently served as a Digital Enablement Manager at Panduit, a major manufacturer in the electrical industry. From 2011 to 2015, she also served as a

Senior Digital Merchandiser at W.W. Grainger, a well-known distributor in the electrical industry. She has a proven track record in improving product data to increase sales, as well as utilizing services to syndicate and automate data distribution. With extensive knowledge and experience working with today’s digital content, Barrett will be able to help manufacturers and distributors increase their sales via their eCommerce platforms.
