Hammond Power Solutions Appoints Annu Yadav as Director of Product Management

Hammond Power Solutions is pleased to announce the appointment of Annu Yadav as Director of Product Management.

In this role, Yadav will lead the strategy for HPS’s dry-type transformer portfolio, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market trends, and evolving electrification demands across North America. She will oversee product lifecycle management, pricing strategy, and market education, helping customers access reliable, efficient, and sustainable transformer solutions that support long-term operational success.

Yadav brings a strong combination of technical expertise and commercial leadership. She previously served as HPS Product Manager for Low Voltage Transformers and now returns with expanded experience, most recently as General Manager at Applied Industrial Technologies, where she led sales and marketing initiatives. She holds an Electrical Engineering degree from McMaster University.

“Annu’s experience and insight into customer and market needs will help us deliver solutions that support operational efficiency and long-term value,” said Ted Simpson, Vice President of Marketing at HPS. “Her leadership ensures HPS continues to provide high-value, reliable, and sustainable transformer solutions our customers can count on.”

HPS also welcomes Sayantani Ganguly as Product Manager for Low Voltage Transformers. With more than 10 years of experience in product management, product marketing, and strategic planning, most recently at Rockwell Automation, Ganguly brings expertise in translating market insights into solutions that drive customer success.

Together, Yadav and Ganguly strengthen HPS’s product management team, enabling more targeted innovation, clearer product roadmaps, and enhanced support across HPS’s dry-type transformer portfolio.
