ETIM International Welcomes Margaret Fitzsimons back to the Board of Directors

ETIM International, is thrilled to announce the appointment of Margaret Fitzsimons back to the Board of Directors. In addition, Mary Shaw from ETIM North America and Frank Jaegtness from ETIM Norway were re-elected to serve another 3-year term on the ETIM board.

During the ETIM International General Assembly meeting, held in Rome, Italy on October 22, 2024, Margaret Fitzsimons, CEO of the Electrical Distributors’ Association (EDA) in the United Kingdom and boardmember of ETIM UK, was once again elected to the board of ETIM International. Fitzsimons brings a wealth of expertise and leadership experience to the role, having previously served on the ETIM International board. Her insights from years of industry involvement, coupled with her dedication to enhancing product data standards, will play a critical role in shaping the future direction of ETIM.

Commenting on the appointment, Magnus Sirén, Chair of the ETIM International Board, said, “We are delighted to welcome Margaret Fitzsimons back to the ETIM Board. Her longstanding dedication to the industry and her active role in ETIM UK make her an invaluable addition.”
