EFC is pleased to announce Nicholas Espielithies, CES Transformers, as the new Vice Chair of the Joint Transformer Business Section.

Nicholas Espielithies is Managing Partner at CES Transformers, a leading firm specializing in the design, manufacturing, and testing of transformers tailored for a wide range of applications. CES Transformers has established a reputation for excellence in producing high-quality solutions, including pole-top, pad-mount, submersible, power, and step-down transformers.

Being part of a great team, Nicholas has been instrumental in expanding CES’s market presence. Recently, he played a role in the strategic acquisition of an advanced manufacturing firm specializing in fabrication. This acquisition is aimed at enhancing CES’s capabilities and domestication of its supply chain, further solidifying its position as a leader in the industry.

Residing in Newmarket, Nicholas is preparing for a move to Aurora in the coming months. He is happily married to his beautiful wife, Lisa, and together they are proud parents of two children, Ava (8) and James (7).

In addition to golfing, Nicholas is a huge sports fan, passionately following all the major Toronto sports teams. He is also a big fan of Formula 1, enjoying the thrill and excitement that comes with the races.

EFC invites you to join them in congratulating Nicholas Espielithies on this appointment, and looks forward to his contributions as Vice Chair of the Joint Transformer Business Section.
