EFC Announces Rahila Dhansi as New HR Network Chair

EFC is pleased to announce that Rahila Dhansi, Southwire Canada, has agreed to join EFC’s HR Network as the new Chair.

Rahila brings 20 years of Human Resources experience to the group and has worked in various organizations, such as InComm Canada, Rogers, Laurentian Bank, and SNC Lavalin. She also supports the immigration programs at her local community center in Oakville.

Rahila Dhansi holds a bachelor’s degree in Employment and Industrial Relations from the University of Toronto and is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL). Her position at Southwire as the People and Culture Lead will help provide the HR network with the required experience and knowledge on various HR topics.
