During his term as Chair, Mike developed the Ontario Region terms of reference document to foster transparency, along with defining executive committee roles and succession planning. One of Mike’s key accomplishments was to create a balance of educational programs and industry related tours, matched with valuable networking opportunities for Ontario members. Mike also hosted the highest record of attendance for the Ontario Region Gala in 2020 and helped to modify the Ontario Region Golf Tournament with record attendance as well as leading the Ontario Region golf foursome team to win the Ontario Cup Challenge vs YPN Team Ontario in a friendly match last August.

Mike’s Charity of Choice for his Chairman’s gift is the Brain Tumor Foundation of Canada, in memory of a dear friend.

EFC, and the Ontario Region, thank Mike for his outstanding contributions, dedication, and leadership to the Ontario Region. Mike will act as Past Chair until February 2024.
