EFC Recognized as Great Place to Work for 6th Straight Year

July 30, 2024

Electro-Federation Canada is thrillwed to announce that that company has been recognized once again by Great Place to Work Canada.

Announced recently, EFC has been named to the list of 2024 Best Workplaces in Professional Services. This follows the company’s recognition earlier this year on the 2024 Best Workplaces Managed by Women list.

Both recognitions are a testament to the work of EFC’s incredible staff and members who support the company’s electrical and automation efforts with passion every day and they honour EFC’s longstanding dedication to fostering an exceptional workplace environment. The company extends its heartfelt thanks to EFC President and CEO Carol McGlogan for her leadership and to each member of the team for their invaluable contributions and unwavering commitment to excellence.

These lists are based on direct feedback from employees of the hundreds of organizations that were surveyed by Great Place to Work. To be eligible for these lists, organizations must be Great Place to Work-Certified and have exceptionally high scores from employees on the Trust Index survey.
