Edge Global Supply has purchased Technology BSA SpA as of the end of July 2017. BSA is a leading automation and mechatronics distributor headquartered in the Piedmont region of Italy.

The investment in technology BSA is the first expansion for Edge in Europe. According to Bob Eisenbrown, President and CEO of Edge, “The BSA investment provides an excellent starting point for Edge in Europe, Italy is the second largest automation market in Europe where we look forward to taking advantage of BSA’s reputation of being a high value added partner for their customers and provdes a great opportunity for growth.”
