Deschenes Group Inc. acquires Matériaux de Plomberie PMF and PMF Plumbing Supplies Toronto

Deschenes Group Inc. (DGI) proudly announces the acquisition of Matériaux de Plomberie PMF and PMF Plumbing Supplies Toronto (PMF) effective September 1, 2021.

PMF is an independent wholesaler of luxury brand plumbing products. The company serves the professional trade and retail markets in the provinces of Quebec and Ontario from their two locations in Montreal and Mississauga. A long tenured, knowledgeable and talented team of people support the business in both provinces.

Moving forward, both companies will continue to operate in their current structures with Matériaux de Plomberie PMF, under the leadership of Peter Malo, and PMF Plumbing Supplies Toronto, under the leadership of Remo Cardinale.

François Deschênes, President and CEO of DGI, stated: “This acquisition offers us the opportunity to expand our luxury plumbing products offering through the PMF brand and welcome a talented and knowledgeable group of people who are passionate about their business.”
