EB Horsman & Son invites you to join in welcoming Brian Degen as its new Commercial Projects Business Development Manager, effective May 20, 2025.

With nearly 40 years of experience in the electrical distribution industry, Brian brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the organization. His background includes expertise in sales leadership, project management, and strategic account development.

Most recently, Brian Degen served as Sales Manager at Specialized Power Solutions, where he led the Commercial Sales Team for British Columbia and represented Siemens as a Sales Agent. Prior to that, he held several key leadership roles at WESCO Distribution, including Project Sales Manager, Construction Sales Manager, and Branch Manager for the Surrey location.

His career began with Westburne Electric and Gough Electric, where he built a strong foundation in field sales and customer support — knowledge that continues to drive his approach to project success.

In his new role at EB Horsman, Brian will focus on growing EB’s commercial project business, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting its teams and customers across Western Canada. His reputation, leadership, and depth of experience will be a major asset as EB continues to build long-term value together.

EB is excited to have Brian Degen on board and looks forward to the expertise and energy he brings to the team.
