Intralec Announces New Appointments to the Inside Sales and Customer Service Team

July 15, 2024

Intralec has recently announced the appointment of three new members to its Inside Sales and Customer Service team. These strategic additions exemplify Intralec’s commitment to enhancing customer experience and support as the company continues to grow.

Priyanka Manku was appointed as the Inside Sales/CSR in January 2024. Priyanka brings a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to customer service excellence. Priyanka joins us from her previous role as a Call Centre Supervisor at Longo’s, where she excelled for five years. She then advanced to a Client Service role at Wasteco, further honing her skills in customer relations and support. Having immigrated to Canada from India eight years ago, Priyanka has demonstrated remarkable dedication to her professional growth.

She is currently studying marketing part-time at the University of Toronto, balancing her academic pursuits with her career. In addition to her professional achievements, Priyanka is also a passionate volunteer at a local animal shelter, giving back to the community in meaningful ways. Priyanka’s dedication to excellence and proactive problem-solving skills will enhance Intralec’s customer support, and we are thrilled to have her on our team. Noah Moumdjian joined the Intralec team in January 2024 as an Inside Sales/CSR. Noah is new to the electrical industry and a recent (April 2023) graduate from the Lang School of Business at The University of Guelph. Noah comes to the Intralec team with various sales and marketing experiences during his five years in the Marketing Management Co-op program in the automotive, software, and customer service industries. Noah has a passion for problem-solving, building customer relationships, and making an impact, which are skills he continues to practice during his time at Intralec. Paul Viloria joined Intralec as an Inside Sales/CSR in January 2024, bringing with him over two years of industry experience. Paul graduated in 2018 from York University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, specializing in Supply Chain and Communications. His academic background, combined with his practical experience, makes him an excellent addition to our team. In addition to his professional qualifications, Paul has been a Baseball Ontario Umpire for the past eight years. This unique role has equipped him with valuable skills in managing diverse interactions and handling challenging situations with poise and confidence. We are confident that Paul’s expertise and dedication will enhance our customer service capabilities and contribute to our continued success. Reach out to Paul at pviloria@intralec.com

All three new hires report to Robert Doherty, who was appointed Customer Service Representative Supervisor in July 2023. “We are thrilled to welcome Priyanka, Noah and Paul to the Intralec family,” said Rob Doherty. “These new team members will play a crucial role in supporting Intralec’s expanding customer base and ensuring the highest levels of service and support.”

“Their combined experience and dedication to customer service align perfectly with our mission to deliver outstanding electrical solutions and support. These appointments reflect our commitment to investing in top talent to drive our company’s growth and success,” stated Greg Moylett, VP of Distribution Sales at Intralec.

Their contributions will be pivotal as Intralec continues to innovate and provide exceptional value to its clients.
