Viscor Names Pierre Legare as Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing

In this role, effective January 2, Pierre will be responsible for all of Viscor’s customer-facing initiatives. Viscor’s Customer Service, Marketing, Canadian & U.S. sales teams will report directly to Legare.

With more than 28 years of experience in the Canadian electrical and lighting industry, Pierre brings with him a proven track record of building strong customer-focused teams that add value to partners and drive results. Pierre was previously the Vice President of Sales at Signify (formerly Philips Lighting Canada), where he led the professional sales channel for the last seven years. Prior to that, he was the Ontario Commercial Sales Manager for Thomas and Betts (ABB) for 17 years.

Viscor is the largest independently owned manufacturer of luminaires in Canada. Family owned and operated since 1952, Viscor is home to the Visioneering, Certolux, and TBR Lighting Brands. Manufacturing a complete line of energy efficient and IoT-ready lighting solutions for industrial, commercial, medical, institutional and architectural applications.
