With an 18-year tenure in the Lighting Industry, Morgan’s extensive background in customer service, pricing, product management and sales operations, equips her with the expertise to lead the department towards new heights. As Manager, Morgan will spearhead a cross-functional team, enhancing the day to-day operations through coaching, training, and process improvements. Her journey at Viscor has been marked by her exceptional versatility and invaluable contributions. Her involvement in pivotal projects, such as CRM migration and pricing model restructuring, as well as her integral role in the Leviton Lighting Canada team, underscores her multifaceted expertise.
