Spark Power Acquired by American Pacific Group (APG)

American Pacific Group (“APG”), a San Francisco Bay Area-based private equity firm, has recently announced the successful completion of the previously announced acquisition of Spark Power Group Inc. (“Spark Power”), a major provider of electrical power and maintenance services.

Headquartered in Oakville, Ontario, Spark Power provides comprehensive end-to-end electrical power and maintenance services to a wide range of industrial, utility, and renewable energy end-markets across North America. Since its inception, Spark Power has grown consistently by serving as a trusted and dependable partner to its diversified base of blue-chip customers.
