Southwire Canada Appoints Karim Parbatani as Director, Retail Sales

Southwire Canada is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Karim Parbatani to Director, Retail Sales. In this role, he will be responsible for sales development in the retail channel across Canada.

Karim has been employed by Southwire Canada for more than 3 years, where he has held roles of increasing responsibility, most recently as Product Manager, Tools & Assembled Products. He holds his bachelors of Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University in India and his Masters of Mechanical Engineering from McGill University. Before joining Southwire, Karim spent two years at Globe Electric as a Product Development Manager.

With his extensive product knowledge, leadership skills and experience in the retail channel, Karim will be in a position to help Canadian retailers grow their business by leveraging Southwire’s expanding contractor equipment and consumer electrical product offerings.
