Rittal Systems and Phoenix Contact Make the List of Ten Best Workplaces in Manufacturing for 2017

Rittal Systems Ltd. is proud to be recognized as one of the top ten Best Workplaces in Manufacturing in Canada in 2017. 

Likewise, Phoenix Contact Canada has been named to the 2017 list of Best Workplaces in Manufacturing. 

Rittal Systems and Phoenix Contact received this honour after a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work. 

The list of the ten Best Workplaces in Manufacturing is based on direct feedback from employees of the hundreds of organizations that were surveyed by Great Place to Work. The data has a 90% confidence and a plus or minus 5% margin of error. 

Analysis of the data to compile this list focused on the following considerations:

 For eligibility, companies certified in the past year with manufacturing operations in Canada.

 Minimum 90% positive response to the statement “This is a physically safe place to work”.

 Overall Trust Index score of eligible organizations.
