OmniCable Promotes Chris Bjorkman to Central Regional Vice President

CEW OmniCable Bjorkman 2 400OmniCable, headquartered in West Chester, PA, has announced the promotion of Chris Bjorkman to Central Regional Vice President effective January 1, 2020. In this role, Bjorkman is responsible for managing OmniCable’s Toronto, Chicago, Houston, and St. Louis locations and working closely with the company’s Regional Managers in those facilities. 

Bjorkman joined OmniCable in 2018 as Director of Market Development. During his first year with the company, he successfully led the opening of OmniCable’s Toronto branch collaborating with every corporate function and hiring the Canadian sales team. “His connections with local customers, suppliers, and industry professionals in the marketplace were key to our quick ramp up in Canada as we continue to grow the business and deliver on our promises to customers, suppliers, and our people,” said Greg Lampert, OmniCable President.

Prior to OmniCable, Bjorkman has 30-plus years in sales & marketing roles in the wire and cable redistribution market throughout the US and Canada. “Chris has a wealth of management experience in the wire and cable industry. He is a thoughtful leader who listens, collaborates, and drives for results while operating extremely well within our culture,” said Lampert.
