Lumen Invests $100 million for New Distribution Centre

Quebec-based electrical product distributor Lumen announced last week that it is investing $100 million to build a HQ and distribution centre in Laval. 

The company will be transplanting 260 employees to the new 385,000-sf LEED building. Construction with Loracon Cosoltec Consortium, as well as the necessary infrastructure, will begin this month on the one million square feet site.  

The building is slated to be finished by April 2015.
