LMPG Inc. Acquires Vode Lighting LLC

LMPG continues its growth and deepens its offerings in the interior architectural lighting market.

LMPG Inc., recently announced that it has acquired a majority stake in privately-held Vode Lighting LLC. An innovative, LED lighting solution provider focused on interior architectural lighting. 

Founded in 2006 and located in Sonoma, California, Vode is renowned for its adaptive architectural lighting systems, creating minimalistic and customizable solutions that are easily scaled to all types of projects. Well established within North American commercial, institutional, corporate, and healthcare environments, its success is based on the unique convergence of environmental responsibility, design insight, and new lighting technologies.

The company will remain an independent brand while leveraging LMPG’s operational capabilities, supply chain synergies, and innovative technologies. The three founders will remain active in the company: Tom Warton as Brand Ambassador, Scott Yu as Chief Creative Officer, and George Mieling as Business Development Advisor.

Appointment of Ann Schiffers as Chief Executive Officer of Vode

With this acquisition, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Ann Schiffers as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Ann Schiffers is a well-known and respected name in lighting and design. With over 30 years of experience in various leadership positions, including lighting design and manufacturing firms, she is an incredible asset for the LMPG family.
