IMARK Electrical promotes Jerry Knight as Executive Vice President

The Board of IMARK Electrical, Inc. announced that Jerry Knight has accepted the role of Executive Vice President with a transition plan working alongside Bob Smith to become the President, November 1, 2020.

Bob Smith will continue in his role as CEO of IMARK Group, Inc. overseeing the continued development of the new multi-vertical business. IMARK Group is a Federated Cooperative consisting of BLUE HAWK HVAC/R, IMARK Plumbing, IMARK Electrical, LPG (Luxury Products Group) and IM Supply, a National Account Solution.

Knight has been with IMARK for over 18 years as the Vice President of Supplier Relations and Development. Jerry has held various sales and marketing positions with Crouse-Hinds, OZ/Gedney, DualLite and Hubbell Lighting.

Bob Powers, President of Edges Group, Sacramento, CA and IMARK Electrical and IMARK Group Chairperson commented that: “Jerry has been a terrific leader for IMARK Electrical and knows virtually everyone in both the supplier and membership community. We are very fortunate to have someone of Jerry’s caliber to transition into the President’s position for IMARK Electrical.”

According to Bob Smith: “Jerry’s integrity and overall knowledge has contributed to him becoming one of the most capable and well-respected leaders in the industry. I am confident in his abilities to lead IMARK Electrical.”
