Tony is based in Winnipeg, reports to Christopher Mealin, and is responsible for Burndy, Killark and IMPLO in Manitoba. Tony is originally from Winnipeg, is a graduate of the University of Winnipeg, and has worked in both Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
