Guillivan International Announces Acquisition of EWEL

Guillevin International announces the acquisition of Electrical Wholesaler Edmonton Ltd (EWEL). Established in Edmonton since 1975, EWEL has developed a strong standing and exceptional reputation with residential, commercial and industrial customers.

Going forward, Guillevin will continue to operate the 3 EWEL Edmonton locations under the same brand and with the existing team. David Carson, former President of the group and grandson of the founder, will continue to assume the general management of EWEL reporting to Luc Rodier, President & CEO.
