Elite Lighting to Acquire Edison Price Lighting Assets

Edison Report has confirmed that Elite Lighting outbid GE Current, a Daintree Company in a public auction following the bankruptcy declaration of Edison Price Lighting, acquiring its assets for $4.15M. 

“It seemed they came out of nowhere,” a source from GE Current, a Daintree Company, told Edison Report. GE Current’s bid was $1.4M. 

“Edison Report has learned that GE Current, a Daintree Company did huge due diligence.  Our source reports that Elite Lighting did almost none.”
