AKA Energy Systems and ABB Strengthen Strategic Partnership to Deliver Canadian Power and Propulsion Solutions

AKA Energy Systems (AKA) and ABB Canada are pleased to announce a new strategic partnership that expands their collaboration in delivering advanced power, propulsion, and energy solutions for marine, naval, and industrial applications across Canada.
The partnership formalizes a growing relationship built on successful project collaboration and a shared commitment to increasing Canadian capability in critical infrastructure, marine technology, and energy systems. By combining ABB’s world-class electrification, automation, and drive technologies with AKA’s expertise in systems integration, engineering, and project execution, the two organizations are positioned to deliver high-value solutions with strong Canadian content. AKA has been officially recognized as an ABB Value Provider (AVP) — System Integrator, a rigorous authorization demonstrating full training, auditing, and capability to design, integrate, and support ABB Motion drives solutions.
