Launched in 2025, founder Valentyna Lazar recognized a missing element in the industry: empathy. After years of working alongside designers, manufacturers, and clients, she envisioned a company where design feels personal, collaboration comes naturally, and every client receives thoughtful guidance throughout the process.

With A We Lighting comes access to five additional designer-led brands for the British Columbia design community: Pikart Lights (Ukrainian), Braga Illuminazione (Italian), Poémia (Portuguese), Dovain Studio (Portuguese) and Maiizen (Istanbul-based). Each brings its own creative perspective — from Poémia’s breathtaking wood craftsmanship that feels very West Coast in spirit, to the refined European sensibilities of Braga and Maiizen.
