Austin Joe Named as New Vice Chair to Cybersecurity IoT Network

EFC is pleased to welcome Austin Joe, Schneider Electric, as the new Vice-Chair of the Cybersecurity IoT Network.

Austin is the IT Security Officer, PCI-ISA Digital Innovation and Technology Security Governance, America’s Region, with Schneider Electric, and has been with the company for 18 years. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from the University of Victoria, where he currently resides.

Aside from his work in cybersecurity, digitization, automation, and AI, Austin enjoys cooking, sports, and travel.

Says Austin: “I am looking forward to opportunities to disrupt with new ideas to advance Cybersecurity in Canada through EFC and its connected communities.”
