Omron Automation Appointment to Support the Infrastructure Market in Canada

Omron Canada Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Barnes to the position of   Account Manager, Infrastructure. Reporting directly to Mike Joy, Robotics Sales Manager, Canada, Chris will be responsible for Omron’s strategic and tactical actions to increase sales within infrastructure (fundamental facilities and systems serving a municipality or city Water, Waste Water, Penitentiary’s, Hospitals, etc.).

Chris is a Professional Engineer and earned his Masters in Business Administration (MBA), from the Schulich School of Business, York University and a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.), Chemical Engineering, from the University of Toronto. Chris Joins Omron with a strong background in sales and related industries.

As a volunteer, for many years Chris served on the Board of Directors of ACCES Employment and the Trillium Health Partners Research Ethics Board (REB).  He is fluent in French and enjoys travelling to other countries and especially enjoys learning about their cuisine.
